Our appointments generally last at least one hour and our experienced staff will be able to handle most of your needs in that time. In many cases we give you the freedom to schedule the best time to come in, morning, afternoon, whenever is best for you! Typically on-site service can include installation of new hardware, troubleshooting of a software problem, or to provide consultative advice implementing technology in your business.
Drop-Off Repair
Our drop-off repair services are provided as a more cost-effective solution for you. We charge a simple flat-fee for any service you require and generally have a 2 business day turn-around. With a drop-off service we will happily remove any viruses, malware, spyware, or perform any upgrades that you want. When the service is complete we will review our work with you, and answer any questions you may have.
Remote Support
A favorite among our clients is our remote support service. This allows us to connect to your computer immediately to resolve problems and answer questions. Because we don’t have to go out to your office we pass the savings onto you with a reduced fee for this service. Many times, a problem can be resolved within 15 minutes allowing you to continue working with as little downtime as possible!
