*  MOST issues can be resolved with our flat rate pricing, however we will notify you if special rates apply to your issue.  Our Flat Rate fee requires a 2-3 day turn-around time. Same-Day service is an additional $75.00  

Network Management & Support Services

We offer a wide range of proactive network management services to keep your workstations and servers operating in peak condition.   We begin by visiting your office and providing you with a no-obligation, free of charge IT System Assessment.   The assessment provides you with an overview of the technologies you have in place, as well as our recommendations for improvements.   From there, if you would like to work with us, we can put together a custom support plan to meet your needs. 

Service Rates

$85/hr. – Onsite Service around the Twin Cities metro area.
 (1 hour minimum fee applies)

* A $25 trip charge applies for locations 30 miles away from our office.

$65/hr. - Remote Support – Anywhere, Anytime! Many issues can be resolved with a quick remote support session!
(Minimum 15 minute charge applies)
